A wrong-way crash on State Highway 114, near State Highway 26 left two people dead. The crash occurred early Thursday morning at 4:30 a.m. when one driver was traveling west in the eastbound lanes of the highway and hit one vehicle, continuing after colliding head-on with a second vehicle. The driver of the wrong-way vehicle has been identified as a 26-year-old man from Grapevine and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver died at the hospital of his injuries. Authorities have not released any information about the accident in whether drugs or alcohol were involved in the accident. No matter the influence, there was obviously some negligence on the wrong-way driver’s part, and the family of another man pays the price.
